By downloading or using Quiblo ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

1. About Quiblo

Quiblo is a weekly ecological jigsaw puzzle game developed and operated by Plutosjt ("we", "us"). The App is available on the Apple App Store under App ID app.quiblo.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You may use Quiblo at any age. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (13 in the US, 13–16 in EU/UK), a parent or guardian must approve account creation. By creating an account you confirm that either (a) you meet the age threshold or (b) a parent or guardian has given permission.

3. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your Apple devices for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App; use the App in a way that harms others or violates any law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or another user's account.

4. In-app purchases

Quiblo offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple:

• World unlock ($4.99 one-time) — permanent access to one world's weekly puzzles.
• Unlimited monthly ($1.99/month) — access to every world and the global competition leaderboard. Auto-renews; cancel anytime in Apple ID settings.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Leaderboards & user content

Your pilot name and puzzle completion times may appear on public leaderboards. By choosing a pilot name you confirm it does not contain offensive, misleading, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove or rename any pilot name that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the App — including puzzle artwork, ecology fact cards, game engine, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Plutosjt. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may delete your account at any time by emailing plutosjt@gmail.com.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plutosjt is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under local law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via a notice in the App. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
